What Patients are Saying

What to Expect

At VLA, we look forward to creating a positive medical experience. Your first appointment will include a thorough discussion of your health history and evaluation of your chief health complaint. Using physical meridian palpation, as well as pulse and tongue diagnosis, Vickie will then tailor a treatment plan for your needs. For most health issues, you should feel some relief after the first visit, and increasingly measurable improvement within 4-8 treatments. Our sessions will address your current symptoms and conditions, but also aim to prevent future illness and injury.

Please reach out to our studio if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment.

Chinese medicine is safe, minimally invasive and beneficial for people of all ages who are interested in holistic healing and preventative health. By utilizing the Five Pillars of Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture, Tui Na, Qi Gong, Nutrition, and Herbs, separately or in combination, Vickie specializes in helping you achieve and maintain the highest physical and emotional balance.

Chinese medicine is based on a medical philosophy that emphasizes the concept of health as a relationship between our human body and its environment, as well as the relationships within the human body. For example, our organ systems interact with and affect our mental and emotional states. Nourishing our awareness and understanding of how our internal and external environments co-exist is key to building sustainable long-term health.
